Members may each bring one guest. Reservation is required. Limited to 125 attendees.
We may have a wait list, so if you’ve signed up and can’t make it, please let us know.

Welcome: 6:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m.
Awards: 8:00 p.m.
More Information
This will be a carry in dinner. Each member (or family) should bring a dish of 8-12 servings, to share. Salad, vegetable, pasta, dessert, your choice.
We will have a VEGAN table for strictly vegan foods, signified by a green tablecloth.
Main course of pulled pork and chicken will be provided by ORRRC, along with buns, BBQ sauce, coffee, tea, lemonade and water.
Table service also provided.
Cash bar is available.
