The 2025 Annual Club Picnic!
Sunday, August 24
3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

***RESERVATION REQUIRED FOR ALL WHO ATTEND 10 AND OLDER. PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP WILL BE NEEDED AT CHECK-IN.***

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• Welcome: 3:00 p.m.

• Poker Run: 3:30 p.m.
  Run from the shelter around a shaded path thru the woods. A non-competitive run thru the park as you draw for the best poker hand. (Few Prizes awarded)

• Great Food:  Serving from 5:00pm-6:15pm

• Kids Fun Run: 6:40pm

ENTERTAINMENT: for children of all ages! Running Sprints, Water Balloon Toss, Egg Races, Cake Walk, Pinata, and a Water Sprinkler will be set up so bring a towel!!

POTLUCK FOR SIDE DISHES AND DESSERTS

This year we are switching it up. The club will be providing the above grilled items. Please bring a family favorite covered dish to share with club members and family. Suggestions include picnic style foods and desserts. Please notate what dish you will be bringing when you RSVP.
