Chow, Lawrence

Greetings, my name is Lawrence Chow, running to serve on the 2025 ORRRC Board of Trustees.  My goal as a trustee is to bring forth my experience as an athlete, RD/Owner and working with fellow members in helping ORRRC elevate as a premier organization. 

Edwards, Kayla

I am a Certified Interior Designer who didn’t start running until May 2023. I joined ORRRC for mental health reasons and I never looked back. I am an RD for the Solstice races and served on this year’s budget committee. I would like the opportunity to give back to the club by serving as a Trustee.

Gildow, Karen

I have been a member of the ORRRC since the mid-90's and a Trustee since 2004.  I am on the committees for the Ghost n Goblin and Turkey Trot.  As a senior member of the board, I bring much historical knowledge, but also wish to see the club keep growing.  It would be an honor to continue as a trustee.

I am Kevin Johnston, currently a Trustee.  My wife Kim and I are very active with the club and I wish to remain on the Board.  Please vote Johnston to remain on the 2025 Board!

Masek, Cari

Race director (Veterans 10), previous trustee, member since 2016, has run 76 ORRRC races, race pacer, XC coach, RRCA Certified Running Coach wants to serve as a trustee to share my passion for running, coaching, and encouraging others.

Miller, Shannon Shelton

When I’m not running ORRRC races, joining group runs or chasing my two boys, I work in media relations at UD and run my own freelance writing/public relations business. It was a pleasure to serve in 2024, and I enjoyed writing our newsletter and getting our club featured in the news multiple times!

Qumsiyeh, Peter

Peter is the current president of the ORRRC, has been a trustee since 2018 and race director of the Ghost ‘n Goblin 5K since 2017.  Peter is the RRCA Ohio State Rep and led the effort to make Dayton an RRCA-certified runner friendly community.

Since 2013 I’ve RD’d every level of race we offer. My day job is in nonprofit leadership and organization, giving me an eye for identifying concerns and navigating complexities that may arise. I’m a team player and a voice for all ORRRC members.

Yoak, Jen

ORRRC events build fitness and community - I’ve seen this since joining in 2012 and will work as trustee to promote the club, encourage volunteering, and manage resources so that more can benefit in the future. I’m head of timing and co-RD of GNG.
