I know... change is hard!

It's been 4+ years since the last update and it was time to leverage all the new technologies.

These were the goals:

1) Better Smart Phone compatiblity
2) Upgrade our Registration software
3) Remove features that were seldom used
4) More flexiblity for those that wanted to maintain their content (Race Directors)
5) Resolve the problems were occuring behind the scenes.
6) Add more features.

John and Jen designed a great functional site and I tried to keep the "feel".  I could not 'upgrade' the last site and had to do most of it by hand.

I could not transfer users however there is not hidden content so no big deal.
