Trail Series Race: Everyone is welcome to run.  Races are stand alone events. (Trail Series Info / Course Descriptions)

This run is a pretty flat run for the trail series, expect a fast time. It stays clear of all roads, but you will run over the board walk for a short part of the run. This being a July run, the heat could impact you so look for the water station. Overall climbing is about 300 feet, and most of this run is in open area, so the heat is not reduced because of tree cover.

WHEN: Wednesday, July 14, 2010.  The race starts at 7pm.

PARKING: Carriage Hill MetroPark (7821 Shull Rd. Dayton, OH)

REGISTRATION: Race Day Registration Only. We recommend you arrive at least one hour before the race to park, register and warm-up prior to the race start.

AWARDS:

First Overall Male/Female, First Male/Female Masters (over 40), First Grand Master Male/Female (over 50), First Male/Female Senior (over 60) - Recipients of overall awards are not eligible for age group awards. Age group categories : 9 and under (non-competitive, all finishers are winners), 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & up.
